Finally, the much awaited Liferay Portal 6.1 CE GA3 is released. The current version includes 500 fixes, mostly related to Liferay Security Manager and Spring MVC.
Liferay has continued to make the use of its Security Manager optional. Also, the latest update has support for Java 7.
